FAQ’s

Check in times are 2pm – 8pm and check out times are before 10am. These aren’t always set in stone so if you’d like to leave later or get here earlier just get in touch.
 We ask that you advise us of an estimated arrival time for you check in to ensure a member of staff is on site to greet you.

 All our Huts are larger than average with a fixed double Bed in Wooly  and  fixed King size Beds in Eric and Meadow and a free standing King size bed in Willow.  En-Suite bathrooms with shower, well equipped kitchen areas, log burners & thermostat controlled heating, free WiFi, private decking area with Ecco wood fired Hot Tub.  A large enclosed paddock area to exercise your Dog. Unrivalled views of the Peak District.

All our Huts come with a welcome pack including tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits and other small touches. Dressing gowns, towels and bed linens are all provided too. We provide a basket of logs for the internal log burner and three bags of logs for the Hot Tub. Further logs can be purchased if required.

Yes, you’re welcome to pay in full or a deposit of £100 to book one of our Huts. We ask that the remaining balance be paid at least 14 days before your arrival date but don’t worry we’ll send you a reminder at least 21 days before though.

Yes, our website is protected by a 256 bit SSL certificate to ensure all your data and details are kept safe. We also only use Stripe to process your payments meaning you’re payment details are kept secure.

We do allow small, well behaved pets to stay in Wooly and Eric  Hut ONLY at a charge of +£20 per stay. If you’re unsure if we’ll accept your pet please contact us prior to booking.

Yes we will accommodate 1 night stays. They are on request and are subject to availability . You will need to telephone us with your request and we will do the booking for you.
